Workshop 1 & 2 : Build a Customer Retention Plan (2 x 2 hours)

Workshop 3 & 4: Boosting Average Transaction Value (2 x 2 hours)

• Review pricing strategies and margin optimisation

Workshop 5 & 6 : Setting Up for Growth (2 x 2 hours)

• Draft clear service contracts and agreements

• Implement effective distribution and promotion strategies


Delivery: In-person workshops start with 6 to a maximum of 10 attendees.

Should travel or in-person workshops be impeded due to unforeseen circumstances, a hybrid with an online workshop format will be implemented.

Investment:
 *$1,200+GST with up to 75% co-funding per approved business with the Management Capability Development Program for NZ eligible businesses.

**$300+GST payable by each business approved.

*Cancellation policy: A minimum of 6 participants is required to commence the group workshop. 
Full attendance is required. A full charge of $1200+GST will to invoiced in the event of cancellation or non-attendance. 

**Amount will be invoiced and payable before the course starts.
