Week 1: Workshop 1 & 2 | Build a Customer Retention Plan (2 x 2 hours)
• Review customer segments and lifetime value analysis
• Developing customer journey maps and touchpoints
• Set a target for recurring cashflow with custom loyalty program
• Review your service package for each customer type
Week 2: Workshop 3 & 4| Boosting Average Transaction Value (2 x 2 hours)
• Review pricing strategies and margin optimisation
• Enhance upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Implement effective promotional campaigns
• Leveraging customer referrals and advocates
Week 3: Workshop 5 & 6 | Setting Up for Growth (2 x 2 hours)
• Draft clear service contracts and agreements
• Establish measurable financial targets and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Align sales and marketing efforts for conversion tracking
• Implement effective distribution and promotion strategies
Delivery: In-person workshops start with 6 to a maximum of 10 attendees.
Should travel or in-person workshops be impeded due to unforeseen circumstances, a hybrid with an online workshop format will be implemented.
Investment:
*Save $900+GST per business with management capability development fund.
Attend the full workshop for $300+GST.
*Cancellation policy: A minimum of 6 participants is required to commence the group workshop.
Full attendance is required. A full charge of $1200+GST will to invoiced in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
